About Device Return Policy

Please contact us via email or phone for a return authorization number (RMA) before sending any items back, whether it is for repair, exchange, or return. Return shipments/items that do not include an RMA number will be returned to the sender.

Returns are accepted in their original state (new and unused) within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. The product is eligible for a refund only if the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Shipping or delivery charges will not be refunded unless the received items are either incorrect or defective.

All original accessories, packaging, etc., must be included in new condition for a return or exchange. If the item shows any sign of use, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Processing returns and exchanges takes 3-5 business days. For exchanges, the customer will receive an additional tracking/reference number for the item via the email used for the order after processing is complete.

About Payment

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used (e.g. cash, bank transfer) and will be credited back to the associated account.
